Yes, I'm submitting materials and data for Spreckels staff to do the artwork. I'm aware that production charges are an additional ($50 per screen). I will submit some of the following: photos, text, event date, logo, phone, etc... Send Artwork to: E-mail: gabravaya@rpcity.org I agree to the following terms and agreements: Terms and Conditions 1. For initial insertion orders, please allow 3 business days for confirmation of order. 2. Insertion Orders should be a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of start date. 3. Artwork, artwork approval, insertion order and payment should be completed before "air date." 4. For repeat users submitting NEW artwork for current "airtime", please allow 48 hours for "screen changes." 5. All LED display advertising is subject to availability of time and rotation schedules. 6. SCDD maintains the right and discretional control of daily rotations of LED screen displays. 7. Artwork provided to SCDD is submitted by, and with the full understanding, that the Advertiser has legal right of ownership and that the artwork does not infringe on any copyrights. 8. Conditions are subject to change. 9. SCDD and its agents are not liable for any act of God, government action or other interruption which is beyond the control of SCDD. 10. If you have a CONTRACT RATE, the rate will NOT change for the life of the contract. 11. Rights cannot be sold or assigned without the express written permission by both SCDD and its agents. 12. SCDD and its agents retain the right to withdraw or reject any advertising. Agency 1. Authorized, multi-client agency commission rate is 12% of gross, excluding artwork billing charges. Agency is requested to subtract their fee from gross rate collected from client. 2. Entitled agency commissions will be null and void if payment amount is not paid within 15 days of the due date. 3. Payments not received within 30 days of the due date releases SCDD and its agents from this agreement. 4. Agency accepts responsibility for unpaid client bills. Rates and Discounts 1. Payment in advance of "airtime" or "display time" is required. 2. No cash discounts. Payments 1. Payments need to be made to: "City of Rohnert Park" and sent to: Spreckels Performing Arts Center, Attn: Mary McDougall, 5409 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 2. Advertisers who have established credit must pay within 15 days of due date. 3. Advertisers who are not "current" with payments will be subject to suspension of LED "airtime". 4. LED cancellation can be accepted before 48 hours prior to the start date on your insertion order. 6. There are no cash refunds. 7. Credits will be "banked" for future use. 8. SCDD has the right to hold any advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly liable for money due for "aired" (published) time. Reports 1. LED "airtime" performance minutes will be emailed or mailed within 10 days of the end of each month. Cancellation 1. A 20% fee will be assessed for early cancellation of contracts. The 20% fee will be applied ONLY to the remaining portion (or life) of the contract. A two week notice is required for cancellation.
